BAND APP INFORMATION

What is the BAND App?

BAND is a communication app we use at PULSE to help families stay connected, informed and up to date — without missing important information.

We use the BAND app to share:

- Studio and class updates

- Messages from teachers

- Photos and videos from classes

- Class music, choreography, backing tracks and learning materials to support practice at home

It’s also a great way to see what your child is working on in class and stay connected to their learning.

BAND can be accessed on smartphones, tablets and computers, and both parents and students (who have their own devices) are welcome to join.

BAND is a private, invitation-only space, accessible only to enrolled families and monitored by our admin team to ensure it remains safe, respectful and positive.

Communicating with teachers

BAND is the primary way for parents and students to communicate directly with teachers, particularly when a teacher is not part of the admin team. Teachers have dedicated work time to check BAND and will respond during those times.

Please note that BAND is used for class-related communication only.

All administration enquiries (fees, payments, uniforms, enrolments, scheduling) should continue to go through our admin team via phone or email

WHAT TO DO

Download the BAND app to your device (or access via a web browser on your computer).

Create an account using your mobile number, email, Google or Facebook.

Add your child’s class groups (“Bands”) using the links provided, QR codes at the studio, or codes your child may bring home.

Once your classes are added, they’ll be saved in your app — simply open BAND and tap on the relevant group to see updates, messages and resources. You might even find a message waiting from your child’s teacher.
